Founder - Eric Brockmire

Eric Brockmire, president of Brockmire Plumbing Services Inc. dba Rooter-Man Plumbers of San Diego, has 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry and is renowned for having the highest level of knowledge and integrity in the business. He has been hired multiple times as a professional witness by the City of San Diego, and as a plumbing forensic specialist by State Farm Insurance. As a result of his work for State Farm, Eric created a water loss prevention program that was mandated by State Farm for all their California agents.

Eric opened his first company, Brockmire Plumbing, Inc. in 1993, which he sold to NuFlow Holdings in 2007. Following the sale of his company, he spent the next 8 years teaching and training plumbers across the nation about water treatment and the effects of water on plumbing systems, and taught plumbers how to provide solutions to their costumers' water treatment needs.

Eric spent 10 years on the board of directors of the PHCC (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors) San Diego chapter, and holds a California ROP teaching credential, spending 3 years teaching in the PHCC apprenticeship program. He is currently a board member.

In 2014, Eric realized he missed the plumbing industry, so on February 2015 he opened a new company, Brockmire Plumbing Services, Inc. In  2017, he decided to bring the franchise Rooter-Man to San Diego.  In  2018, Eric enhanced Brockmire Plumbing Services with water treatment solutions as an authorized Brita I PRO Dealer.

Eric Brockmire is proud to have served his country and Brockmire Plumbing Services, Inc. is certified as a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise and Small Business by the California Department of General Services.
